My hours aren't showing up on Cortex

Never mind, problem solved I think, the notification came up saying that 'You are now playing for Silver'.

Good thing it got sorted automatically, there can be technical delays. Do ask official RAZER Support for help, if the delay has been going on for more than 2 days

Exactly as said in title. I played Raid: Shadow Legends for well over the 4 hours earlier today, but when I quit the game. It said I didn't have any hours on record for today. The funny thing is that I did get my Silver for playing the game at least 15 minutes though.

Yes, that was correct, but as I said, the problem has resolved itself, so there is no need for intervention. If it happens again though I will provide the Cortex logs.
