I'm trying to download the 7.1 surround sound. I through out the boc for my kraken x headset. The wbsite says my product isn't elligible despite it being an eligible product.

This sounds like a REPRIMAND but you offer no instruction on "How to move it to the Proper Forum." Not much help at all, if the reply is coming from Razer Support.
