Razer core x install problem

OK, So I decided to resurrect my old Intel Nuc. I bought a "NEW GeForce 3070" and upgraded the NUC with a larger hard drive, and a Fresh install of Windows 10. I put the GPU in my Razer core x and opened Device Manager. I was expecting a new entry under Display adaptors, how ever instead I got a new entry under Other devices ! Base System Device I seem to recall last time I did this had to give some kind of permissions to the thunderbolt port in order to let the GUP be recognized. I remember it being a quick fix after calling tech support help line. Thanks for any help
