razer cortex

i have and use razer products. not looking for brand advise just device advise. well i got my pc from a buddy and it works fine. Ive always used the synapse for my audio ect. one day some of my outputs wouldn't work and so i reset my pc and it started working right again. however now anytime i open a game till make my second screen lose it border, it'll hide my chrome window and wont even have it appear in task manager until i close the game. and now my pc wont even open rainbow 6 siege which makes no sense cause my pc runs it flawlessly. so any help would be very much appreciated.
