Hmmm... strange. Did you've tried to remove game from game list in Cortex then click on refresh/search games icon?

Try to run Raid as usual, but today it doesn't display the "Play" anymore, try to reinstall still not working too.

To resolve your issue, please follow the below steps to give it a try:
1. Uninstall and reinstall Raid: Shadow Legends to the default position. You can change your game's installation path by selecting a different destination drive, but do not make any changes to the folders or directories.
2. Make sure the game and the Plarium client are installed in the same folder.
3. Exit Razer Cortex.
4. Delete the folder: C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager3\\Data\\rzr_userid from your PC.
5. Restart ‘Razer Game Manager Service 3’:
- Go to ‘Task Manager’ > ‘Services’.
- Right-click on ‘Razer Game Manager Service 3’ to Restart it.
- Re-launch Razer Cortex.
6. Launch the game. Please make sure Razer Cortex is working in the background.
7. Check whether Raid is added to Razer Cortex MY LIBRARY.
8. Go to "REWARDS">"PAID TO PLAY" to see whether there is a PLAY button on the cover art.

Before we resolve this issue, please use the steps mentioned above to troubleshoot on your side:
- Remove the game from Razer Cortex MY LIBRARY.
- Uninstall and reinstall the game to the default position.
- Remove the folder C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager3\\Data\\rzr_userid from your PC.
- Restart ‘Razer Game Manager Service 3’.
- Launch Razer Cortex.
- Launch the game.
- Check whether the game is added to your library.
- Check whether you can earn Razer Silver by playing this game.

I know that they lowered from 6 to 3 coins, but just count it:
- 3 hours = 180 min.
- 3 coins per 1 minute That means 3 hours = 540 coins
And as I said, I got about 200 coins instead of 500, but it doesn't really matter anymore, since you cant alter the past yet Just want to know how to fix no zSilver "bug" :/

This game has its own launcher, to make sure that the game is monitored successfully, when you launch the game from Razer Cortex, Razer Cortex will boost twice in total. First, boost the launcher, then, restore. When you click "Start" to launch the game, Razer Cortex will start boosting again, then, restore when you exit the game.
When you click the "Start" to launch the game, Razer Cortex will start monitoring your gameplay time. From your video, you started the launcher but didn't start the game, which is why your gameplay time is not monitored.
Please follow the below steps to try again:
1. Click the "PLAY" button on the cover art.
2. When the launcher is started, Razer Cortex will start boosting. Then, restore.
3. Please click "Start" to launch the game. At the same time, Razer Cortex will start boosting the game.
4. Play the game for at least 10 minutes and see whether you can claim the 50 Razer Silver from the 'Play to Earn" page.

Sorry I didn't reply but the premiere of Warzone etc. I managed to fix the problem, I had to reinstall the game in the root directory of the drive, and not, as always, in the GAMES directory. It started charging SILVERS only from 15 Nov 2022. Unfortunately, 5 days lost, Thursday to Monday, did not charge due to this error.

But how would I know about it? I usually install games in the GAMES directory, sometimes in PROGRAM FILES. And always the RAZER CORTEX worked. And here I had to install the game in the root directory of the drive.
