Razer cortex fps overlay not working

I would like to know why my fps overlay is not showing up on any games i play specifically gta 5, fortnite and rocket league. i have it enabled and use the hotkeys in game but it doesn't show

    Thank you for sharing your issue with us here. My name is Michelle and I’m part of the Razer Cortex technical support team. I am deligted to be of your assistance. 

     

    As it may cause performanence issues, Razer Cortex disabled the FPS overlay in games with anti-cheat and UE4 technique. Our engineering team is finding a new way to resolve this issue in a future version.

    It wasn't fixed though not one part of synapse works with fortnite.

    It could be a compatibility issue or an overlay conflict with another app. Have you checked if any other overlays (like Steam, NVIDIA gta south africa, or MSI Afterburner) are running? Sometimes disabling those can help.
