Razer Phone users, we’ve just launched Razer Cortex on mobile—and you’re the first to experience its exciting features: http://rzr.to/CortexM

Both the Razer Phone and Razer Phone 2 were built with a 120Hz UltraMotion display for you to enjoy smooth and fluid gameplay. We’re making it even easier to experience the phenomenal capabilities of your device’s screen—Razer Cortex features a Maximum Performance category, a curated list of 120Hz games with frame rates that go beyond the usual 60 frames per second.

That’s not all. Razer Cortex also comes equipped with Game Booster, which allows you to configure different settings for each game on your Razer Phone. Toggle between optimizing performance settings or battery life, you’ll instantly feel the difference the moment you launch your next game.

We’ve got more things in store for Razer Cortex. Keep your eyes out for what’s to come—you won’t be disappointed.

Has anyone noticed any major battery drain using this on the Razer phone 1?

Thanks in advance.
any plans to release this for non razer phones?
This app is not compatible with my device (Google Nexus 6P) and I cannot install the app. Is this app exclusive to the Razer Phone? I just saw the livestream event today and this app caught my interest.

It's for all phones now, but it's not showing up in the Google Play store yet for me. I'm on a LG G7, but it should show up in the store even if you had an older phone that it didn't work with. Maybe it'll just take awhile longer to hit the store for me...idk

So far it's not compatible on my Google Nexus 6P but I'm hoping that it will be soon.

Ah thanks! Mine isn't compatible yet either.
I have a LG Stylo 4 and it still says it's incompatible, so hopefully they make it compatible soon.

Do you guys still have compatibility issues? I was able to get this app to run on my Google Nexus 6P by using an APK installer instead of installing it through the Google Play Store. I haven't tried out any of the Paid to Play games yet but the app works fine on my phone so far.

@ARMOR_152 Just out of curiosity, what phone are you using?

The LG G7. I just checked again in the Google Play Store and the app still isn't available for me. I'm on Verizon also although that shouldn't matter.

How I did it for my Google Nexus 6P was that I used an app called APK Installer and searched for an APK mirror in Google. I downloaded it on my phone and used the APK Installer app to install Razer Cortex. It runs fine but it's missing the Game Booster since it isn't a Razer Phone. I still haven't tested Paid to Play games yet though.
