No that's why not what I meant. I joined a tournament in the app. It's under the achievement page. It requires silver or gold to join. However, after the tournament is over I didn't receive my prize. Is this a bug or is there something I can do to claim?

If you win a prize at the end of a tournament, go into Cortex instant Games and you will see a notification pop up telling you "Congrats! you've won a prize..". If you don't see it, they have your tournament history so you get the prize if you rank high enough.
