razer cortex not detecting GTAv

so the razer cortex not detecting GTA v the epic version. i tried to add it manually but it's still not detected by the squad rewards? HELP!

Razer Cortex may not detect the game if you add the game to MY LIBRARY in a manual way. Please add it by scanning or you can launch the game from the desktop with Razer Cortex processing in the background, Razer Cortex will add it to MY LIBRARY automatically. If this issue persists, please check whether you customize the installation path when you install this game. Razer Cortex may not detect the game if you customize the path(you can choose which disk this game installed). We also provide our users with a Troubleshooting Page for detecting issues. Please check and see whether this issue can be resolved on your side. If it persists after trying all the methods above, please feel free to provide us with your Cortex logs.
