Razer Cortex not opening!

I just tried Windows 11 and went back to Windows 10. Now when I try to open the app the tray works but the window doesn’t pop up, just shows up for a second on the taskbar and disappears. I haven’t had this problem before converting to Windows 11 and going back. I tried every solution on the internet like uninstalling and reinstalling, running as administrator, in compatibility mode, installing WebView2 (said it was already installed) and ending all processes about Cortex and relaunching. What else can I do?

  2. Share a screenshot of your system tray. We need to know whether the games icons and “BOOST NOW” button are there to make sure that all processes worked fine.

The technical team needs to fix this issue. I can’t tell you how many times I had to uninstall/reinstall Cortex to get it to open. Sending the logs as PM is no help. I run a gaming computer (MSI) and Windows 11. I have NO issues with my other apps, just Razer Cortex. Try to open normally or as an admin doesn’t cure anything. It works for awhile the stops for no apparent reason.
