anyone having the same problem? i can't even add a game manually from epic games.

Regarding your issue, could you please try to add the epic games to the Cortex MY LIBRARY by clicking the scan icon? Or could you please add the shortcuts of your epic games to Cortex MY LIBRARY if you have to add them manually by clicking the '+' icon? If this issue persists, could you please provide us with the below information for us to isolate the concern?
    • Could you please let us know which game you were trying to add to the Cortex library?
    • Could you please provide us with your Cortex logs?
