Razer cortex squad rewards is not logging my time correctly

So pretty much I and my friends are going for some cortex rewards but it seems to be giving us fewer hours than it's supposed to we all have 4 hours for today and we got 4 hours yesterday (yesterday it worked fine) and it won't let us get any more time we were gonna go for number one so I hope this gets fixed
