Razer Cortex System Scan stuck at 18% on HTML Help

Hello! so I seem to be experiencing a problem with the Razer Cortex system scan. I start up the file then goto system booster and start the scan the scan starts as it should then stops at 18% and is stuck on "Scanning for files files: HTML Help" and is at 47.3 MB of 22.2GB which is a lot that needs to be scanned and is holding back my PC from it's maximum performance. This problem started out of nowhere and I've tried reinstalling it and it does nothing to fix the problem.
