Razer Cortex won't launch The Division 2


It used to. It did like a few times and then it just stopped. I've googled. I've searched, I've uninstalled, rebooted, resinstalled. I've sang, I've danced, I've even excluded it from my Antivirus. Razer needs to update Cortex to work with UPlay and The Division 2. Thanks (Does anyone read these forums?)

This problem isn't exclusive to The Division 2, i encounter it with other Uplay games. I have to launch them by the start menu.

Ok thanks. I've been launching them from either the desktop icon or Geforce Experience. Not sure why it broke

Hi all, sorry to hear what you encountered. To analyze the cause of this issue, we need your help getting some logs for investigation. Please download and unzip the file and run LogCollector.exe from here, then fill out the Description, then click Output button. There will be a zipped file generated on your desktop with all logs needed. Please upload the logs to services like Dropbox or Google Drive and paste the link here in the forum.
