Razer Kraken X headphones - cannot hear sound in front or back of me in VALORANT, only left and righ

I recently purchased Razer Kraken X headphones for $50 last January, and I noticed that if I look a certain way in VALORANT, I do not hear footsteps or the spike being defused. I noticed that it's only when something is behind or in front of me. This is devastating to my gameplay, as sound cues are essential and I can't hear people flanking. I made sure to get the 7.1 surround sound software, and tested it out. Everything works very well, just not in the front and back. How do I resolve this issue?

@SicilianOffense @nishan3462 There is a good chance that the post-processing isn't working right. You will want to perform a clean installation of Synapse then recalibrate THX Spatial Audio. You will also want to switch from auto to manual on the THX tab and make sure Valorant is set to 7.1 surround sound. I also highly recommend that you disable HRTF in-game.
