hi.. my son lost the usb wireless receiver my viper ultimate wireless.. my quiestion is.. can we use it as wired? i lost the usb cable as well thats why im asking ifbit is working with usb cable.. thanks

Yes - you can use it wired. With non-dedicated cables there is a problem, that not all cables would fit, because of narrow "cable slot".

For USB dongle I'd contact Razer Support, I'm sure they'll help you with it :)

i contacted them already thru support chat.. then i received an email that they cannot replace my dongle as per their warranty policy, now im asking them where can i purchase dongle.. just waiting for their reply.. hopefully they can help me on this matter.. thanks for the reply..

Usually RAZER care store is a "can go" place for broken USB dongles Unfortunately, the USB dongle for Viper Ultimate is unavailable. Cannot guarantee whether or when RAZER will put some in stock, but try raising a discussion with them. Good luck
