"We're unable to optimize your settings"

When I saw Roblox has now Booster Prime I was optimizing in Cortex with my own settings while this message popped up : "We're unable to optimize your settings as your game might be still running and/or its settings file is in read-only. Please Exit the Game and/or change the file's attribute, and try again." I wasn't on Roblox, I closed the website but it still didn't work and I had no idea which was Roblox's attributes. Can somebody help me about that?

Regarding your concern, please restart your PC and launch Razer Cortex, then, go to GAME BOOSTER > BOOSTER PRIME, click OPTIMIZE on Roblox. Then, optimize the game. Finally, launch Roblox after the optimization.

We assume that there are some gaming-related processes running in the background that you may not know.

Thank you for sharing your concern with us here. Here could you please share your RIG info with us? To do this, please launch your Razer Cortex and go to SYSTEM BOOSTER>MY RIG, then, take a screenshot of this. If you use Razer Cortex 10 beta, please screenshot the Summary page of MY RIG.

To quickly help you out, please allow me to confirm your issue. You played a Booster Prime-supported game Roblox by using Razer Cortex 10 Beta. But a message pops up saying that "We're unable to optimize your settings as your game might be still running and/or its settings file is in read-only. Please Exit the Game and/or change the file's attribute, and try again."

When you tried the method I mentioned above, it did not work, am I right?

Here could you please check whether Roblox is started when you restart your PC? If yes, could you please disable the startup of Roblox, and try the method I mentioned above again?

If this issue persists after trying, could you please provide us with your Razer Cortex logs for us to further investigate this issue?

ok ill try to change the file attribute. i dont really know how to do that
You can check it by opening your Task Manager>Startup, and right-click the game to disable the startup process.

ok i opened task manger and went to startup but there is no roblox? its just a bunch of other stuff

i think im using verson 2.449 of roblox and razer cortex 10 beta. ive also tried unstalling both razer cortex and roblox and still didnt work

If you have uninstalled both, we will not get your Cortex logs for further investigation. Please provide your Cortex logs for us next time when you encounter the issue again.
