What do I do? (Squad Hours Issue)

I have been playing for 2 hours since the competition started, but nothing has been accumulating, all of my squad has been accumulating hours but I cant seem to do it. Any reasons why, or any solutions?
i posted about this same issue here Razer Insider | Forum - Problem with Squad Rewards but apparently people can't respond to that thread without getting errors (see image)... They had these same issues last season Razer Insider | Forum - Problem with Squad Rewards (season 4) As you see by their response they said they "fixed the display issue on the players end" not sure what that means if its on your end they would have to do something to your system to fix it.
