Why?
I honestly am super upset with razer's Cortex program. It should not take up 75% of my CPU when its not even running. At this point I want to delete all my razer programs(except synapse) and be done with it. It makes me mad. How do you need 75% of my CPU when its not even running? does any one else have this problem?

Not sure if this will matter but maybe:
Try turning off Auto Boost
