Yep, it's not working for me either. It seems every time a new game takes its turn to the monthly featured the first few days it's not earning any silvers. Idk why and support doesn't either.
Hi everyone, sorry to hear what happened. We did some checking on the background, and things seem to be working fine now. Please restart Razer Cortex and then run Heartstone from LIBRARY to see how it works.

anyone know what version of Minecraft is supposed to give zsilver this week? I tried both the java and windows 10 versions and neither seem to be working properly

Same for me, but with DOTA.
Looks like the rewarding side is having issues again, been playing Minecraft getting the normal tracking bubble, upon closing the game no reward bubble.
It did indeed having some kinda of issue tracking but not rewarding any silver. I was rewarded the 50 from yesterday when i logging this morning and minecraft worked perfectly rewarding my my silver for to day.

Seems to be tracking fine here it only come up with the now tracking bubble if you join or create your own game tho. I had to repair my LoL yesterday to get it to show in cortex though but since its' been visible on cortex it's worked fine

it happen to me last time and this time too.

Razer Cortex Paid to Play is down at Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, like this time, but i am still doing the play time mission as usual, within that daily time frame, Razer Cortex would reward me the Razer Silver afterward. i am getting 3 Razer Silver at Tuesday. which is Razer Cortex Paid to Play at Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Double Reward for Weekend Sunday too.
I've opened on the issue but none of the solutions provided have worked yet. Will keep you posted on any progress made but it will probably just start working again in the next day or so normally the case. There is also a new thread people having the same issue here.
Yes, the tracking is broken again, and it's a shame cause it was a double cap weekend.
I open wow yesterday and today and everything works fine. Points on cortex update normal. It must be something on your side try first to reinstall cortex itself and reboot pc.
So we have to do a post like this every time a new week starts with a new game?

As for the reset/roll over, mine always resets at 0:01 but can't earn the next days silver until after 8am.

that's weird usually i wake up around 7 and can already start earning silver. this whole cortex thing is a bloated buggy mess :|

tracking seems to be broken again.. i tried last night with both BL2 and CSGO. doesn't work... tried this morning, still doesn't work
Seconded. Silver for yesterday and today received.
I play on EU West i think it's fixed now was something to do with a update on LoL which instead of opening the out of date client and letting me update when i try to run from rewards it tried to install a new up to date client but now I've updated the client manually it launches the game no problem was just a strange occurrence. but thanks for testing it out.

Since you launched LoL from Cortex, they usually directly runs the LeagueofLegends.exe which differs from the original LeagueClient.exe which supposed to run to check for files that's already in your system.
Anyways, I'm so glad it works fine for you now.
