So I’ve been trying to add Fortnite to Cortex since it didn't auto-install, and it gives me an error saying that I've already installed this app. please help ive tried repairing and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. i cant record my Fortnite clips

The "already installed" error in Razer Cortex usually means a shortcut or registry entry is causing a conflict. To fix this and capture your Fortnite clips, you should clear the Razer cache, remove any hidden ghost profiles, and force a library rescan.
