hello i bought my razer kraken v3 3 days ago and i have been waiting for an activation code to be sent to my email but it still hasnt showed up, checked the spam folder and it also wasnt there , what can i do

I also bought the Razer Blackshark V2 Special Edition yesterday. I activated it yesterday and still haven't received it.
