I have a Razer 2019 Base Model RZ09 0300 that i had purchased from Best Buy in the USA in late 2019. About one year after the purchase I can see that the keypad does not decompress and clearly there is a bulge in the laptop that can be felt. On researching on the internet I can see that it is the battery that is swollen and needs to be replace possibly. I cannot find a store that can get me a replacement battery.
Please help.

How much warranty does your Blade have?
Razer offers you a warranty that could get that checked.

Contact the reseller Best Buy or Razer support by rising support ticket and try to not using it anymore if you feel that already since using laptop with swollen battery is dangerous to motherboard and other parts inside and also a fire hazard. Some users who need to use it take off the battery and use only through ac adapter power.
