Hii, I want to claim the warranty RAZER DEATHADDER ESSENTIAL - ERGONOMIC WIRED GAMING MOUSE - CHS PACKAGING, I bought it on 13 Apr 2023 and the mouse can’t use, I’ve try to plug and adjust the wire but it still cannot work, if I’m not misunderstood, I can claim the warranty in one year right?
