I got the same exact issue, what I found was that playing around with the jack made it possible to sometimes connect to the left ear speaker again but it disconnects after some time. Its definitely not a software issue and from youtube I got to be absolutely sure its a jack issue. And more pain to my soul, I am out of my warranty and now cant figure out how can I have this repaired :/
I figured it out. You need to go to Synapse and manually volume up in Razer App around 10 -20 , if still not work just volume up to 100, it might works also.
