i need help i can only hear out of the right headphone on my razer kraken

So i came back home after 2 days and i find that on my headset only the right headphone worked so i tried everything including audio balance but I believe it is a hardware issue as when i move the wire close to the left ear I can hear out of it (for extra info i moved the wire left and up) if you have a way to permanently fix this please contact me through discord thanks :D

I got the same exact issue, what I found was that playing around with the jack made it possible to sometimes connect to the left ear speaker again but it disconnects after some time. Its definitely not a software issue and from youtube I got to be absolutely sure its a jack issue. And more pain to my soul, I am out of my warranty and now cant figure out how can I have this repaired :/

I figured it out. You need to go to Synapse and manually volume up in Razer App around 10 -20 , if still not work just volume up to 100, it might works also.
