My deathadder v2 x hyperspeed is not working when i hold the mouse and try to click, it doesn’t click, the “cape” of this mouse is not connecting all I think how do I buy a new one?

+1So the main buttons not working, but side buttons are OK?
It does the same on 2.4GHz hyperspeed and Bluetooth?
