Hello, I have Razer Barracuda x 2022, it was completely functional untill it just started not producing sound, its turned un, the light is blue, the dongle is connected i can see the headset in PC, the volume scroll is on max, but no sound, i tried with 3.5 cable too, still no sound, it has a full battery, i tried updating firmware gave me an error "couldn't pair".
Also when i leave it turned on and disconnect the dongle , the blue light doesn't atart blinking or turning off, it just stays...for DAYS
