When I plug the Thunderbolt into my laptop, a blue screen appears like that, and I’ve tried several suggestions from my friends, such as disabling the internal GPU

Try to put Link State Power Management settings to off and also changing the power plan to performance.
At the Nvidia driver menu also select maximum power/performance.
