does the macro stay on the mouse even if unplugged from a pc

Depends on the DeathAdder model. Which model do you have exactly? DA V2? DA V3 Pro? Some older one?

im planning to get the deathadder essential but if it doesn’t work tell me which version will work means alot

Nope, it’ll not work.

Macros can be stored if mouse have at least 4 (or more) onboard profile memory. So it’s for eg.

No, it doesn’t support storing macros, so Synapse is required to be in background to have macros working.
