Hi guys!

I think I have a problem with my Razer Naga left handed edition. I bought a newer one my older one was broke. I’ve reinstalled the drivers.  If my mouse if plugged in. my PC cannot boot. I’ve got an USB hotplug error. My older Naga still works in this case. If I go to BIOS settings (UEFI) it’s not detecting the mouse. Any solution for this problem?

It sounds like you may have a compatibility issue with your Razer Naga left-handed edition mouse and your PC. It's possible that the newer mouse model is not fully compatible with your system. One potential solution is to try using the older Naga mouse that still works in this case and see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists with the newer mouse, you may want to try updating your BIOS to the latest version to ensure full compatibility with the mouse. You can also try contacting Razer's support team to see if they have any suggestions or solutions for this issue. Additionally, you can try connecting the mouse to a different USB port on your PC to see if that resolves the USB hotplug error.

try plugging the mouse into a different USB port on your PC to see if that resolves the issue. You could also try using a different USB cable to connect the mouse to your PC, in case the issue is with the cable rather than the port on the mouse itself.

If neither of these solutions work, it may be necessary to contact Razer customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or recommend that you send the mouse in for repairs.
