Razer synapse not detecting my headset

Hi, razer synapse not detecting my headset.

My headset; Razer blackshark v2 x usb

 

Pls anybody help me. I watch this video 

 and i tried many things but it didn't work.

Pls i need help.

Looking for a solution too. I am facing the same issue. the synaspe shows the audio module but i am unable to click on it with a loading icon on it.

yes I can't see my headset in my app either

Hello,

If your device(s) are not available in Synapse, check if you have Riot Vanguard (anti-cheat in Valorant) installed. If yes, then uninstall it, as it can make devices unavailable in Synapse.

For loading icons I’d do clean Synapse reinstall and check if it’ll help:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
