My current setup includes the Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model, Razer Base Station v2, Razer Kraken Vs Hypersense, and Razer Basilisk V2, all connected to the Razer Thunderbolt 4 Docking Station. However, I am experiencing an issue where I need to repeatedly reconnect the USB-C cable from my Blade 15 to the docking station before my second monitor receives a signal. This can take up to 20 attempts at times. I am using monitors from ViewSonic and ASUS. Is this a known issue, and is there a solution? Thank you, and best regards.
One possible solution could be to update the firmware of the docking station and make sure that you are using the latest version of the Razer Synapse software. You could also try connecting your monitors to different ports on the docking station to see if that makes a difference.
Additionally, it might be worth checking if your Thunderbolt 4 cable is functioning correctly and if it meets the required specifications for your setup. Sometimes, using a different cable could resolve the issue.
If these steps do not help, it could be worth reaching out to Razer support for further assistance or to report the issue. They might be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps or recommend a replacement if necessary.
