Just got the blackshark v3 X hyperspeed headset and it won't connect to my Xbox one

    Try to update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
