Cortex mobile Paid to Play unable to reward

Does anyone have such issue?

Since yesterday, I launched 2 games via paid to play list and play 3 mins for each. After closed the games, the 25 silvers shows like normal.

However, the reward is actually not taken into the account.

Image 2: after played 3 mins, it slow 25 silvers reward as usual


Image 3: Although all things seems normal, the reward is actual not taken into my account

Did you check from https://gold.razer.com/transactions if the rewards is credited into your account?

Please try reinstalling the app. If the issue persists, do send an email at [email]googleplay.ca@razer.com[/email] so we can properly investigate this.

Yes I did, the reward history did not show the silvers were recorded.

Yes I did, the reward history did not show the silvers were recorded.

I just tested myself for the CoDM and FreeFire as well as TapJoy. Seems to be working fine for me.
Might need to send email for the team to guide you with other steps that can be taken.
