The pin fell off when I scratched it

What do I need to do to get my money back or another card
Sometimes, some retailers can issue refunds when you contact them and tell them your situation. And wow, $500 gift card...
Wow, even their gift cards break, not surprised about that, just shocked that it fell off and you didn't bother to pick it back up. This one's on you buddy, razer the name of the company, not the tool to use to scratch their cards.
Lol this was posted in November and I saw a razer rep responding to a reddit user about a 100$ gift card just the other day. That's just truly sad.
