I already tried with different location, Switched my sim location, Waited for 12+ hours. I tried backup code but it required OTP for me to see it and as I said I cannot receive one. I tried messaging my number from other device and it works fine I can receive messages, Razer is not blocked to me. I tried using vpn, mobile data and wifi neitheir of them worked.
Same problem here. I cant buy epins as of now because of the OTP message I'm not recieving.

Its been two weeks for me I already sent ticket for F2A reset and still nothing. I want to top up on my game so badly!!! Why don’t they just send OTP to email!!! GRRRRR. Also from Philippines, using SMART network provider.
Costumer service replied to me last 3 days ago. It took them 4 days to reply to me though (the time gap from requesting and receiving costumer service) . It was fast the fix of this problem if reply within the day after receiving help from razor costumer service.
They replied to me 4 days ago and i already gave them the details they need to go through the 2FA reset but still nothing until now.
Im using smart sim too. Support response is slow
