I purchased Game credits on July 29 2024. As of today August 6 2024 I still don't have my Game credits. I contacted support multiple times but they always tell me to wait within 2-3 working days. It has been a week since then and the transaction is still on Pending state. Anyone experienced the same issue ?

As explained in the title, whenever I try to redeem my silver (I chose France), it redirects me towards the Spanish website of Razer, no matter what I do. I disabled my adblockers/VPN everything is off. Yet I still cannot, for the life of me, finish this order ahah.Anyone having the same issue? Could I potentitally have a direct chat with a staff member to fix this issue with them?PS: I tried changing browsers, didn’t do anything.

I bought a 100 TL razer gold code from Hopi. On July 26, I entered the website to use the code on July 27. It says that this code has been used before. After talking to EF Digital via email, it says that it was used at 18:03:41. In my transaction history, there is only a 10 TL entry from July. And EF Digital says that Razer Gold can find the person who used this code. Can you help me?

But I haven’t receive any tracking number for this order and it has been 14 days. The courier which I have contacted in my country (Philippines) need the tracking number to check on their side.
