Half a year ago I recharged my razer gold. Recently I want to buy Black Myth Wukong. When I opened it, I found that my mobile phone number had been changed a long time ago. I didn't save the backup code. I can't use razer gold right now. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

i tried to pay with razer gold, but the razergold website failed to send the sms code to my phone, showed there was an unexpected error, need help with this. 

When I used Razer Wallet to purchase goods on Epic, he prompted me to perform a two-step verification and provide a SMS verification code, but I waited for several minutes without receiving the SMS verification code.
