Hello, So I'm trying to use razer gold to buy some genesis crystals in genshin impact. But for some reason, after I made a purchase, it won't let me do it again. Each payment method works once and then it won't let it through again. I already submitted a ticket and they told me it was fixed, but again it just worked for one purchase and never again. So whats the deal here? Is support unable to fix this or what? There is no point in using all of this if it just shuts down after you reload once and got to bother support again asking what the issue is. I hope somebody can help me out here. Thanks

I initially loaded my Razer Gold wallet with Visa and it worked fine. Since then, I've tried reloading it with the same Visa credit, then a Mastercard debit, a bank account through Paypal, then all of them through Paypal (all accounts in good standing with plenty to draw from, none with freezes or blocks), and nothing will recharge my wallet.
