hello guys .... normally when i redeem a product cost above 100 usd with silver , i get free shipping and no additional taxes. but now i tried to redeem the black shark headset the added for me 10usd of shipping fees and almost 20 usd tax for buying the product with silver redemption. why all of that???!!!

WTF is this? I gather silver to be able to redeem my rewards and still I have to pay 22,5 euro of Tax on redemption of Razer Silver Product. When it was introduced? And why? If You don't what to give Your products for free just don't do it instead of adding some bullshit taxes so ppl pay the real price for Your products instead of inflated one.

I have over 50k Razer Silver, but nothing to spend it on. I got a new headset recently, so don't need that. Hello, I didn't know quite where to go as my support request was denied on the Cortex app. So I recently completed the task Reach Level 20 on Family Island, which took me ages to do. A day passes, and still no reward. So I open a support request, who then told me they cannot offer me my reward as the "app install was not attributed to Tapjoy", and closed the case. I don't understand how this is possible as I followed the link the took me to when I clicked on Earn, which took me to the Play Store which is how I installed the game. Does anyone know where I can go to try to get my points? Thanks in advance.
