Hello, I paid for the Pay With Crypto payment method, however, I did not receive the product. It shows my order as pending. Please put the option so that at the time of payment it is recognized as paid. It is very bad that it is manual, thanks.

    Unfortunately the service is very poorly paid with crypto and more than 48 hours have passed and they do not process the payment, the same thing always happens

     I heard that the cryptocurrency payment option is very weak and there are problems. It is suspected that employees assign the script. I'm not very knowledgeable about these operations yet, but if you make a payment through a cryptocurrency exchange (I'm looking into Cryptex right now), maybe that will get around the payment problems.

    I purchased a game from the Razer store and used cryptocurrency as my payment method. Shortly after the payment, I received an email that the payment had been received and that the order was successfully completed.
    However, a few hours later, the progress of my order is still stuck on "Pending..." and I have not received any key.
