1. You're unable to recover those hours.

2. You're not able to redeem that prize anymore as each prize only comes at a limited quantity, first-come-first-serve basis. We recommend that you redeem your prize as soon as possible once you earn enough gameplay time. All other terms and conditions governing Razer Cortex PC apply.
