Razer Gold reflecting as 0 during Order Confirmation

Hello. I loaded up P1,600 to my Razer Gold wallet and I'm trying to purchase Laplace M spirals. However, every time I try to make a purchase, the Order Confirmation screen keeps saying that my balance is P0.00 and that I need to load sufficient balance to my Razer Gold wallet. I can't seem to select the "Sign Up" part to make sure that it's logging into my Razer Gold account, although I imagine that it should automatically link to that? Just not sure why it's telling me that the balance is P0.00 when there's P1,600.00 reflecting on my available balance from my Profile page. I tried writing in to Razer Support but it's been 24 hours and I haven't received a response yet. Was hoping that someone could shed some light about what could be going on? Thanks in advance. P.S.
