Razer Products not registering on Insider (nor acheevos)

I have tried logging out of all of, insider, cortex, synapse, and appengine. And logging back in in different orders of doing this. and none of my products update on insider, nor do I get the acheivements, CleanAF, Type Master, or Fully Decked Out. I have been trying for at least 3 days now.

I have the same issue. I wonder if anyone could point us in the right direction to get the insider rewards.

I'm having the exact same issue. I've got a mouse that hasn't been rewarded yet, as well as Fully Decked Out and Hoist Your Colors (or whatever it's called haha). Also haven't received the achievement for getting a like from a Vanguard.
