I love razer and will continue to enjoy support and push nothing but razer but I purchased 210 dollars worth of gold when they first started the new problem several months ago and I thought o would be able to purchase products for instance I wanted the seiren elite mocha which is why I did the transaction only to learn after because I evidently didn't read thoroughly that I I couldn't purchase products nope just games and software to attempt to win silver in tiny amounts and hopefully have enough to get a product in that way in five years time lol, learned that lesson.
