redeemed gift carf with silver

I redeemed a $25 starbucks gift card with my silver and there’s no way for me to redeem it on the Starbucks website with the instructions and information that came with the email from Razer and I emailed them over a week ago and I still haven’t heard back….any idea on what I’m supposed to do?

Having the same issue after just redeeming Silver rewards for a Starbucks gift card. The security code is too long, and entering the first 8 of it to match the Starbucks website requirements isn’t working.

 

Please help!
