redeeming Razer gold pin claiming it has been redeemed but can't access it


I have tried contacting Razer support but have been unsuccessful.  Razer gold pin voucher cannot be accessed however it says it has been redeemed.  Can someone tell me how I can check this again, but can’t find the correct way to confirm it again?????????????????
