It's still a bit early to answer that, there are still a few releases to come. Let's wait and see.
but silent hill 2 for goty is a candidate
I signed up for play testing Exoborne, and from my experience, it was decently fun, the starting cutscene and the storyline are EPIC. Considering it was only a playtest, I can only except the game to be at minimum a A tier game.

Maybe previous year GOTY, it’ll be easier :D
I will still think Mobile Legends is the game of the year since the developer updated the game a lot including events that are related to real life not to mention it can be played anywhere anytime with a estimate able time frame.
Monster hunter wilds I have found really fun so far, definilty my game of the year even with the poor PC optimisation.
IMO, so far Split Fiction is the goty for me in the year of 2025. By following their past goty achievement of previous game (It takes two), Split Fiction should be goty in this year if there is no other game that have outstanding play style.
Haven’t played any 025 games yet, but I finally got around to playing 2016 God of War and I’m really impressed by it!
