Sometimes the best gaming adventures happen when you completely ignore the objective. 😎🎮

You spot a mysterious cave, wander into an unexplored forest, stumble across a hidden town, or spend hours exploring instead of actually saving the world. Somehow, “I’ll just explore for a bit” turns into the best part of the game.

🌎 What game made you enjoy getting lost on purpose?

🔎 Did you discover a hidden secret or unexpected quest?
🏔️ Did you find a location that completely blew you away?
😂 Or did your “quick detour” turn into hours of exploring?

Share your favorite off-the-beaten-path gaming adventure and tell us what made it worth getting lost for!

It’s gonna be Far Cry 3. It’s just so captivating to find extra things not from the main quest and it does not force players to follow the flow so I can move back to finish the main quest anytime I want mostly.

Skyrim for sure. start one quest and somehow spend hours exploring caves, ruins, and random hidden locations. The unexpected discoveries were always the best part.

I really liked getting lost in Starfield. It was really nice getting to land on Earth’s moon and see the Apollo Landing Site!

RDR2 - big world full of side-quests - great to take a break from the main story :)
