Where can I find my order or my order is not displayed in my order history

I redeem my point through Razer Silver rewards and go to the razer.com site to continue transaction and I follow the steps below.

 

* Visit [https://www.razer.com] https://www.razer.com/
* Add the product to your shopping cart.
* Apply the voucher code in your transaction receipt into the promo code section.
* Shipping, tax and handling charges apply.
* Your voucher code will only work in the location you selected during redemption.

 

But I haven’t receive any tracking number for this order and it has been 14 days. The courier which I have contacted in my country (Philippines)  need the tracking number to check on their side. Kindly please help me with my concern the support in the gold razer is still not responding to my concern.

You should receive email as below for your order and tracking after your make all charges payment.
