Phased Macro Option Missing in Razer Synapse 4 — Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed Hi all,I'm having an issue with Razer Synapse 4 where the Phased Macro feature is completely missing from my mouse's macro assignment options, despite running the latest version of Synapse 4. Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed Software Version: 4.0.827 I’ve tried reinstalling, restarting after reinstalling, testing guest mode, and tried switching to Bluetooth instead of the dongle. None of those options seemed to work for me. I'd appreciate any assistance, ty in advance!

My wolverine v2 pro start with a issue, first when I start my PlayStation 5, the ps5 recognize the controller but only worked in the main menu of the ps5, after one minute I put my ps controller and start to work normally but when I started to play, the controller start to fail, on the bf6 the controller start to pushing by himself the R2 and, a lot of buttons start with the same issue. After that I update the firmware to the latest version and keep continuing doing the same. And after one hour the control be freezed and then I cant do nothing with that. The pc and the ps5 can’t recognized the controller and still like this after 6 hours

For a while now, I've only been able to use my Viper Ultimate via cable because, whenever I try to use it in wireless mode, it just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting on its own :/ I'd like some help.

Running windows 11. Tried a fresh install of razor synapse 4 on my PC. Have never had a razor software downloaded on my computer.when I click the downloaded application, it loads for a second, then nothing happens. No error just nothing starts. I do see Razer installer come up under a Task manager process for a few seconds after I click the installer but then it disappears. i tried looking through forums/youtube/walking through with chatgpt but nothing is working. I did all the system admin runs, all the videos and posts about running commands in powershell, etc, etc.  can someone please help

So, my Deathadder V3 Wired suddenly stopped working after unplugging it and plugging again, there’s still the DPi light on but the Windows doesn’t recognize it anymore and I’ve tested the same USB port with my old Deathadder Elite Chroma and it works ok and it’s being recognize by the Windows… no idea what happened since the mouse is ok, the cable is ok and it was working fine.

how do i activate 7.1 sorround sound if i threw out the code not knowing i needed a code to access 7.1. Someone please help.

Razer Seiren V3 Chroma RGB not responding when Chroma Apps are enabledHi everyone,I recently got a Razer Seiren V3 Chroma, and I’m having an issue with the RGB lighting.When I first plugged the microphone in, everything worked normally. My Leviathan had been working great for a while but now the volume in Bluetooth mode doesn’t do anything. The volume is only set at what I have it set on in PC mode or if I turn the volume all the way down on my phone it will mute. Either one click up or full volume on my phone it just stays the same volume as PC mode. I also noticed the light doesn’t change to blue when I put it into Bluetooth mode. Last thing I noticed is that the Leviathan will disappear off my razer synapse when I put it on Bluetooth mode. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Barracuda Pro and Razer Synapse 4.The EQ settings in Synapse 4 do not affect the headset audio at all. I can change the EQ sliders and save different profiles, but there is no audible difference in the headset sound. The microphone-related settings appear to work normally, but the headset EQ does not.I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including: Reconnecting the headset and restarting the PC Checking the Windows sound/output device settings Reinstalling/restarting Razer Synapse Trying different EQ profiles and settings Checking that the Barracuda Pro is connected through the Razer 2.4 GHz wireless connection Testing the headset with different EQ values to confirm that the sound does not change The headset is detected correctly by Synapse, and I can access the EQ settings, but the EQ changes simply do not apply to the audio output.Could you please help me determine whether this is a Synapse 4 software/firmware iss

I’ve just recently purchased Razer Blackshark V2 X, and apparently the 7.1 function does not want to work. It properly appears in audio settings, everything is displayed as it should by guides and videos, but there is literally no difference when testing the sound. It still sounds like it’s on stereo mode. All my audio drivers are updated and I even tried deinstalling Realtek HD Audio Drivers and manager to test it. Hi all, usually I don’t turn off my PC and just let it go into sleep mode. After waking it up everything is normal. As soon as I log into my account the LED’s on the Blackwidow V3 stop working. Keyboard itself is working fine.LED’s on my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro remain on so its just the keyboard.For now its only fixable by restarting the PC. Razer Synapse is currently on the Version 4.0.86.2511180837Mainboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B760 Plus If you have any idea or need more information please let me know

I urchased a Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse. Everything was working perfectly, and the mouse was stable, but recently I started experiencing problems.First, I noticed severe freezes and constant disconnections/reconnections of the mouse. I tried re-pairing the dongle with the mouse, but the problem disappeared for exactly 20 minutes and then returned.I also tried updating the mouse firmware, but this did not resolve the issue. Replacing the battery did not help either.I tested the mouse on a laptop as well, and the same problem occurred. Uninstalling Razer Synapse also did not help.Could you please advise what else I can try to resolve this issue?

ive had this keyboard for about a month now but ive started to notice some problems in the last 2 weeks or so, the keyboard seems to hit random keys such as ESC, F, Y and SPACE. this has been very annoying especially when playing games or just watching something, ive tried almost all possible solutions as resetting and reinstalling razer synapse and the keyboard itself. i hope there is a fix for this somewhere because its been super duper annoying.

Is there a way I can get a replacement pink microphone for my Barracuda X? I don’t have the box anymore as it was purchased last year or the year before sometime though :(

I got a new headset and connected it to the usb port on my computer for it to charge, when it’s charging it turns on but the minute I disconnect it to use the wireless function it’s dead. It will only turn on while charging.I should mention that my pc didn’t have bluetooth so I had to get it with a usb, I don’t know if this has to do with the issue but i’ve already tried everything from deleting the device on the computer, installing it again, using the repair tool, deactivating the option of saving battery, EVERYTHING. please help me 

I have a Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense headset. It was working perfectly fine, but my computer suddenly stopped recognizing it. Thinking it might be a hardware malfunction, I checked the motherboard settings in the BIOS, but it wasn't listed as a connected device there either. However, when I plugged it into a different computer, it worked without any issues. When I plugged it back into my own PC, it started working again, but after a system restart or a short period of use, the PC stops recognizing it once more. Plugging it into another PC and then back into mine only provides a temporary fix.To troubleshoot the issue, I have already tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the headset drivers. In addition to that, I disabled the USB power management settings in Device Manager, performed a clean uninstallation and reinstallation of the Razer Synapse software, and tested the headset on various different USB ports directly on the back of the motherboard.
