Hi ! I got a Kraken V4 recently, i heard about Surround 7.1, did i had to buy an activation ?I didn’t got a card in the box of the headset, and after registration, i didn’t got a code.The headset wasn’t bought on Razer but on a multinational plateform who start with A and end with N, did it change something ? 

Model: Ornata V3 X causing video issues with HP desktop with MS Windows 11.Misc yellow/green screens, freezes, Then, appears to not complete POST.  Very strange.Replacing they Razer kybd [Removed Serial number] solved the problem. But I miss the Razer keyboard.   Any suggestions?Thank you. Hi, I’m having two related issues with Razer Cortex after a recent update/reinstall.A few days after updating Cortex, I noticed strange CPU usage from Cortex while my laptop was idle. I had finished playing a game, Cortex restored Windows from boost mode, then I watched something in Firefox, closed that, and left the PC alone for around 1–2 hours. Suddenly my laptop fans started spinning loudly. I checked Process Lasso and saw that the Razer Cortex process was the CPU culprit, even though I was not gaming or scanning anything.Because of that, I applied a mild CPU-throttling rule in Process Lasso, but only to the main Razer Cortex process. It was not a system-wide CPU throttle, and it was not applied to Epic Games.The next day, with that Process Lasso rule still active, I installed a new game using a dedicated/manual installer. I opened a ticket over two weeks ago for a Blackwidow V4 pro that had the “a” key stop working randomly or typing two “a’s” randomly. Anyhow, they wanted to do a RMA, I paid for the Advanced RMA but it still took a week to ship.  At first a label was created, but that never shipped.  Every day I get an email telling me to send in the bad keyboard, BEFORE I have even received the RMA.  I had updated the ticket for them to stop harassing me as I had not received the item yet, but I continued to get email pretty much daily.So Tuesday, I receive yet another “final notice” and then receive the keyboard around 3pm EST.  Wednesday morning I get an email saying that my return label is now cancelled.  You guys are ridiculous...either give me a label so I can send the broken keyboard back or refund my advanced RMA payment and I’ll gladly throw this keyboard in the trash.Your move - my next one is a complaint to my credit card company and a charge back.

Hey guys, I saw similar threads and people shared solutions but none worked for me. So, I have  Windows 10 and own Huntsman Elite keyboard. After updating to Synapse 4 I can’t volume up, down and mute with the keyboard’s volume wheel. The only way to control the sound volume is to open the sound mixer and to move it up or down with the mouse. When I exit Synapse, the wheel starts working.I have uninstalled Synapse and installed it again, changes USBs ports as well but both did not work out for me. Any other guesses? Thanks in advance!

All Razer and Windows updates installed as of 7/9/2026. Still unable to setup Windows Hello. Setup screen activates and shows my face, until it eventually times out without detection. I never see the red IR light activate. I’ve already tried everythign listed in other articles, like reinstalling devices, enabling/disabling sign-in with external cameras, camera access settings, etc.Happy to reproduce or share any other relevant info.

Hello, this seems to be an ongoing issue for the total war community with synapse 4 based on reddit and steam community but haven't found a post on it here.The issue in question is using synapse 4 over 3 causes and of the function modifying keys including ctrl and shift to not function in the game, these keys being used to select multiple units in both battle and empire map mode makes the game every hard to play. The solution of closing synapse 4 does fix that problem. However, my mouse, a Naga Trinity, loses its middle mouse button functionality which controls intricate and fast map movement. If anyone else if having this issue and found a fix or compromise please let me know!

Hi,  I’ve trying to download a recovery image for my 2021 Razer blade 15 and i’ve followed the links to the page here https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/recovery-image/indexi select my registered blade laptop with the matching serial number but it doesn’t give me the option to download, just shows a box with the serial number and the file name for the laptop image that has not loaded.. i’ve tried on multiple browsers and on a different machine, i think the web page is broken. Can i get the image in some other way or can support fix the page so i can download it please.Thanks 

Hello,I am contacting you to request warranty support for my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro - Wireless ANC Esports Headset.The product was purchased on Amazon on March 16, 2026 and delivered on April 14, 2026. I have been experiencing a recurring issue: while I am using the headset, it suddenly disconnects or stops producing audio. In order to hear sound again, I have to turn the headset off and then turn it back on.This is a serious problem because I use the headset for gaming, and if it happens in the middle of a match, I completely lose audio until I manually restart the headset.I have contacted Amazon several times, but they advised me to handle the issue directly with Razer.  Hello Razer Support,I recently purchased a Razer Basilisk V3 (standard wired model) and I’m using it with my MacBook Pro (Apple Silicon) running the latest version of macOS.I installed the latest Razer Synapse for Mac Preview (v4.0.86) along with the required driver extensions. The mouse is detected correctly by macOS and works normally, including the DPI button, but Razer Synapse does not recognize the device, so I can’t customize buttons, DPI stages, or other settings.I’ve already tried the following:Reinstalled Razer Synapse for Mac. My headphones and speakers are not compatible with the game configuration file in Razer Synapse 4.The description of the game configuration file is: "When the game is running in the foreground, your preferred THXSpatialAudio spatial sound effects or audio equalizer will automatically load. ”I can select either "THX Competitive Mode" or "THX Environmental Mode" for the game. But my game configuration file does not take effect, whether selecting game, movie, music, customization, THX competitive mode, or THX environment mode, it has no effect. The configuration file will only run with one of the four global settings: game, movie, music, or customization.

Dear Razer Support Team, I am the owner of a Razer Viper Ultimate mouse, model RC30-030501The USB receiver (Model DGDGRFG6) seems to connect/disconnect (pilot error, then ok, then pilot error) so the mouse freezes, then revive, then freezes…. the mouse can only correctly operate when wired in.Is it possible to get/purchase a replacement USB.? best regards,Bruno (Paris, France)

I am a left-handed user and my Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition (Model: RZ01-0341) is currently bricked. It is no longer recognized as a mouse by Windows or Synapse; instead, it shows up as a mass storage device named "CRP DISABLD".I've already tried the following without success: Hardware reset (holding L+R+Scroll while plugging in). Testing on different PC ports (direct to motherboard). Using the official Razer Firmware Updater (the tool does not detect the mouse because it's in bootloader mode). Since this is a specialized peripheral and critical for my daily work, I urgently need the recovery firmware .bin file to manually flash it back to life, or a direct link to a recovery tool that supports the RZ01-0341 in this state.If any moderator or community member has the correct firmware file, please let me know.Thanks for the help!

Since this Synapse 4, I can’t use the audio enhacement like Bass Bosst or any other. Also, I always have to refresh the browser page (for example, youtube), to have the audio configurations to work. When I change the page to another video, have to refresh again to apply the audio configurations.

I can't play Rust at more than 1000 Hz—I can with any other game, but not Rust; the GPU usage drops drastically. Any solution?

Let’s start with the basics, overall wolverine v3 pro  is one of the best pro controllers on the market, hardware wise I have nothing bad to say.Now with the negatives, the controller app razer provides lacks features, such as macro support or keybinds for the additional buttons ( synapse integration would be a huge plus ) Imagine having to install a separate app for each razer device.Another thing, and the most important I might add, the paddles and the additional bumpers are not seen by any apps, or steam input so you can’t bind them outside the Razer controller app, so you are basically stuck with an xbox controller, ( as windows sees it ), we need a driver/ firmware to make those extra buttons visible on PC.Don’t brick such a good controller just because of the software that can be easily changed.

Hello. I have fallen victim to fraud. I was deceived into paying for three QR codes totaling 25,772 rubles (three payments of 5,000 rubles and one of 7,149 rubles). It turned out that these QR codes were used to top up someone else's account on the "Razer Gold" gaming service. I did not receive any services. I am already contacting the police. I request that you document this fraud, provide me with full receipts containing transaction IDs to submit to the authorities, and, if possible, initiate a chargeback procedure for these transactions. 

Hi all, hoping someone can help or confirm this is a hardware issue before I go the RMA route.Setup: Razer Kiyo, used on Discord with background replacement enabled, and Nvidia Broadcast for stronger background removal. Worked fine for several days.Issue: Camera suddenly stopped working reliably. Symptoms:Camera opens in whatever app I'm using, but freezes after a few seconds. When trying to use it with Nvidia Broadcast specifically: the LED flickers, then turns off, I hear the Windows USB disconnect sound, and the camera disappears entirely from Device Manager and Razer Synapse. Without Nvidia Broadcast (just Discord's native background removal), it sometimes works for a while before failing again.Troubleshooting already done:Replugged camera into different USB ports, including a USB hub — same issue. Fully uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse multiple times. Uninstalled and reinstalled the camera driver via Device Manager multiple times. Restarted PC after each reinstall. Tested

My Razer Raiju V3 Pro controller has moments where it becomes unresponsive, and I think it happens when I use several button sequences. In my game Battlefield 6, the character freezes and doesn't register any movement, aiming, or shooting inputs. There's a lock that hasn't been fixed with the replacement controller, which is brand new. Has anyone found a solution to this?

I have a Razer Homerun Bundle, Razer Ornata v2.  The ‘m’ key is sticking in the down position.  I have performed the usual troubleshooting and then realized this key is missing the metal piece that goes in that provides the clicking sound.  They key itself functions, but stays depressed so the letter ‘m’ is everywhere and the only to stop is to pull the key upward.  I believe the meal tab that is missing will help with this problem.  I want to know if Razer provides a way to purchase these metal pieces. craig

Just got a Tartarus V2, and it hasn't been working at all since I updated to Synapse 4. I've done some research, and it seems there isn't a solution. Apparently, the keybinds just won't work.I was thinking about rolling back to Synapse 3, but I can't find the installer anymore. I think it may have been discontinued?At this point, I don't know what to do. My Tartarus is basically useless.
