razer barracuda x razer dongle replacement

I purchased the core v2 for my laptop, I have a 2080 super from my other desktop. I am trying to get the 2080 super to work on the laptop but it is not detecting it. The laptop is a MSI GS65 Stealth Thin 8RF. Please help. It isn't being detected in razer synapse, and the gpu is detected in device manager, but I cannot get it to display on the monitor that is connected to the EGPU

Hello I bought Blackwidow v4 pro low-profile keyboard just yesterday and out of the box it is not charging at all. It stays on 1% after being on charger for 4hours an if I unplug the cable it dies after few seconds. I have newes firmware, tried reinstaling keyboard drivers, try charging it trought another cable and trought mobile charger and nothing helps.

Hi there, I bought a racer barracuda 2 years ago and now the singe has given up the ghost altogether. I have tested it on two other computers and tried to reinstall firmware but it seems to be completely dead.   My USB C port definitely does work and I’m super disappointed because I’ve loved this headset and treated it with the utmost care.    can you please help me get replacement  dongle?? 

My leviathan v2 speakers have been working great for a while now and all of the sudden, stopped working, they turn on and the source light is green, but my pc no longer detects the speakers whatsoever. i also cannot change them to bluetooth to connect my phone to them. i just cannot get anything out of them. i have tried updating the firmware but in order to do this, the device needs to be in bluetooth mode so i cannot update, i have tried reinstalling synapse and restarting my pc but still no luck. i left it a couple of days and suddenly the source light was solid red and pressing the buttons or holding them did nothing, i switched it off at the wall and then back on and im back to them being able to turn on and off but still cannot get them in bluetooth mode or cannot get my pc to recognise them.

Hi,I’m experiencing a strange issue with my wired Razer DeathAdder V3 mouse.After powering on or restarting my PC, Razer Polling Rate Tester shows the mouse running at 125 Hz, even though Synapse 4 is set to 1000 Hz. If I manually set the polling rate to 2000 Hz, the tester shows 250 Hz, and when I set it to 8000 Hz, it actually shows 1000 Hz.Additionally, once it settles at 1000 Hz, pressing the DPI button on the underside of the mouse (for example, switching to 800 DPI) causes the polling rate to drop back down to 125 Hz.After that, it seems to stay at 1000 Hz regardless of which polling rate option I select, as long as I don’t change the DPI setting.At first, I suspected my ASUS Z790-F motherboard’s USB 2.0 ports might be causing the issue, but the same behavior happens when I connect the mouse to a USB 3.1 blue port.I have already updated the mouse firmware to v1.02.00_r1.Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know what could be causing this? Hello, I have an issue with my left click button (Viper v3 PRO). It’s suddenly disabled in Razer Synapse 3  and I am unable to use nor reassign the left click button anymore. I’ve tried with another mouse (Deathadder v2) and the left click button is still not working. I’ve tried to assign the left click function to another button, then the left click button is enabled, but I am still unable to click on the mouse. new drivers reinstalled tried the new ver 4 software still nothing... looks like a software issue may be ...How can I fix this issue? How did this happ’n been fine for years till now

Last month I get every 4-5 days a message “Secure Boot Violation”, I fix it in Bios but I still get the same message. Is this a system warning? If yes what for.Thanks in advance for answers.

I bought a Razer Kraken V4 X - Cinnamoroll Edition for my sisters birthday and I can’t track the order nor do I have any purchases in my order history. I used my Razer account when purchasing and I even received an order confirmation and tracking number in my email but all I get is error occurred when I try to track my order and have no purchases in my order history. What gives ? This is really stressing me out.

issue is that the “HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 Dongle” didn’t come with my “Razer BlackShark V3 Pro”. I’m not sure if it was accidentally left out or got lost during shipping Is there any way to get new a replacement?

While using the keyboard it suddenly had an lighting error so i unplugged and plugged it back however after that it doesnt light up and the keys are very delayed and type multiple times after just one click. After trying multiple ways to fix it (updating windows and synapse, trying other usb ports, reinstalling firmware etc.) it either doesnt work entirely or the previous issue persists.i dont think its a hardware issue because of how the problem appeared and no physical harm happened to the keyboard and its cable.does anybody has a way to fix it?

Due to unresolvable profile and macro synchronization bugs on my old Razer account, I had to completely delete that old account myself.Now, on my new account, when I try to activate the software with my purchased key, the system says the code is already used (because the license is still tied to my deleted account on your backend).I opened a support ticket (Case #260731-003194), but it was immediately closed by an automated response mentioning "ongoing security measures" without addressing the software license itself.Could a support representative or community manager please help me detach the key from my old deleted account so I can use it on my current profile?I have intentionally hidden my Order ID, activation key, and email addresses for privacy, but I am fully ready

This mouse is so so perfect, the light-weight is pretty unique for an MMO mouse, 85g in comparison to the 134g of the Naga V2, and the size is literally perfect for my hands. The Naga Hyperspeed offers a similar eight, but I don’t like the extra buttons on M1. I’ve had my Naga X for four years and the scroll wheel sadly started jumping. I can’t get a new one from anywhere, Razerstore, Amazon, nothing. I bought one NIB from ebay and the scroll wheel is fine except it squeaks like crazy, along with button 1 on the 12-button side panel. It is to the point where is so unpleasant to use. There are no more new in box options coming across my ebay searches anymore so it seems I am out of luck.I love this mouse so much, I want to replace it with the same. The Naga X still appears with the rest of the Naga family on the Naga Line page, both pictured and included in the stats table. It also doesn’t appear under the legacy section in support.I can’t make a ticket, so just wondering here if anyone

HeyI’ve had Razer Synapse 3 downloaded for a few years for my Razer Naga X and have mainly used it without much issue. I regularly swap back and forth the profiles to change my side buttons depending on what I’m doing at the time. Since earlier this week when I went to open Razer Synapse 3 it was extremely slow and whenever I clicked on my Razer Naga profiles, I got a blank screen that never loaded in. Since support for Razer Synapse 3 ended, I figured this would be a good time to switch to 4, except once I hit continue on the first screen of the installer for Razer Synapse 4, I get a similar blank black screen. I tried uninstalling Razer Synapse 3, but that didn’t help and now I have no Razer product installed.  Looking for some support on ideas on how I can get Razer Synapse 4 installed so I can go back to using my Naga without issues. Greetings!i just bought kraken v4 x minecraft edition, i noticed pop/ click sound that appears after i pause every video or music. This pop sound is heard every 4 seconds.
