Hello Today my razer Blackshark v2 pro startet doing weird things i normally bootet up my pc and the headset just wont switch to THX its the sama damp/metallic sounding audio even if i try to switch from stereo to thx nothing happens, the sound setting dont work aswell i can switch to everything but nothing happens please help me.

Good evening I have a DeathAdder mouse and using synapse 3(i like it more) and i use a macro at 0.001 RR(button) at continiously toggle and i crash screen freeze at MMORPG i play and i x1000 check that when i press side button to run Macro the Razer Synapse Central hit to the top at Energy Task MAnager and its obvious from that also causes to the client of game to full usage energy too only when  use my macro ,so is there any solution?

Hello, I am trying to connect my Naga V2 HS and it will not connect to my computer. When I click on it in the Bluetooth devices it says “try connecting your device again” and nothing else happens. 

Hello, The Razer Synapse 4 module uses an AZERTY layout, whereas the macro module uses QWERTY. Consequently, I encounter issues when assigning an Hypershift macro to keys such as "A" or "Q".Any clues to fix this issue ?I tried completely resetting the profiles, reinstalling the Razer application, etc., but nothing worked.

I tried connecting my Razer ID and Discord account together on https://razerid.razer.com/account however it comes up with the message “This social account was already linked to another Razer ID”. When I go back to my Discord account, my Razer ID’s there, however back in my actual Razer account itself, Discord is still unconnected.

Hello there, as the title suggests, Mamba TE wired, randomly stopped recognizing sensitivity up/down and mouse 3+4 buttons. Synapse 4, firmware is updated on the mouse, no updates needed whatsoever for the pc or any peripherals. This started randomly, out of nowhere. No windows updates, no synapse updates, nothing, it was working at one moment and then just stopped registering those buttons.  Physical buttons are okay, if they are mapped to any other function they do work, they just seem to not be able to do their default actions. Tried every guide I found to resolve this, nothing worked. I did reset the profile, did a clean re-install of synapse, tried other ports, zero. Can I please get this resolved? I really do like that mouse and I would hate to replace it.

Very peculiar issue with the deathadder v3 wired. The mouse works fine most of the time but periodically disconnections and needs to be moved around to reconnect. These issues spike when the PC is first booted, and are SIGNIFICANTLY worse after longer periods of inactivity (after 1 week of not using it the mouse was completely unresponsive). A temporary fix seems to be changing which USB port the mouse is plugged into (I’m on a timer, as my PC only has so many USB ports). The nature of the disconnection is:Completely unresponsive mouse Light at the bottom is still on When moved around, if the mouse reconnects a windows connection sound plays When disconnecting a windows “device not detected” (or something similar) notification appears Is absent from synapseThe fixes I have tried:Most basic fixes (updating software, deleting/updating synapse, windows, rebooting, updating drivers) Completely changed motherboard on my PC (for unrelated reasons). This also means completely fresh USB ports.

Computer: Blade 16 - RZ09-0510. I’ve installed cachyos to this, and wish to set up secure boot. There’s just one problem, bios setting for secure boot and key controls are mostly locked. Can only switch it off and on. Does razer have any plans to unlock secure boot controls in bios. Seems very unnecessary to have this locked and i’m pretty sure no other manufacturer does this.  

I have had the razor headset for four months and I started noticing cracks and very light squeaking when I turned the headphone joints side to side. Today the right side had a little plastic fall off, dislodging the cord. is there a way to fix/replace/Get a refund?

I bought not a month ago one of this headsets and I lost it, i’ve been looking everywhere but nobody is selling one of those, i wonder if somebody could help me here to buy another one?

Chatgpt’n as my blade 15 cannot boot with secure boot enabled and it has advised of the below. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance Contact Razer and tell them you’ve already: Rebuilt the EFI boot files with bcdboot. Verified the Secure Boot keys (PK/KEK/db). Updated the Intel ME firmware. Confirmed the issue only occurs with Secure Boot enabled. Ask them specifically for:a BIOS recovery image, or a crisis BIOS recovery procedure for the RZ09-02705E75.

Hi All,Today my Cooling Pad has started flashing red. No idea why, Hoping for some guidance?Steps PerformedTried Firmware Update - Firmware update detected the pad, but already on the Latest Its detected by Synapse 4, but showing as powered off I have disconnected from laptop and power with no luck I have uninstalled all razer apps, rebooted and then re-installed, again Synapse detects the cooling pad but marked as powered off. Also detected USB devices attached to the cooling pad I have moved usb ports on the laptop for the pad - Didn’t help I have removed usb devices from the Cooling Pad Hub - Didn’t HelpI have ran out of idea’sAny guidance would be appreciated  

I’ve had this keyboard for exactly a month and now it’s all of a sudden giving me zero charging icon when it’s plugged in, all it does is show a red icon that’s stuck at 10% battery. I’ve plugged the cable into my laptop instead of a usb hub or base. I’ve made sure the firmware was up to date, of which it is as the only firmware update available was from March 4th of this year. I’ve even uninstalled Razer Synapse 4 and have done a clean install and all yield with no fix. It legit started doing this today. This is the second razer product I’ve gotten that has randomly decided to quit on me in the matter of a month or months

I have a razer blackshark v3 pro and i realized how quiet my mic was. I tried updating the firmware, using synapse, cranking up the mic gain to 100, and also disabling all the audio enhancement settings in windows 11, etc. I tried everything that was on the forums or anything I could possibly search for but its still not working.I need some help on this because I’ve dug around the internet for hours trying to solve this.

The headband and ear pads of my Razer headset are peeling off. Where can I find these pads? Does the Razer team provide any support regarding sending new pads? Logitech had previously sent a replacement for my headset. 

I am having an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V2 (RZ01-03221), and I believe the firmware has become corrupted.The mouse is completely unresponsive: it does not light up, the RGB does not turn on, and the cursor does not move. Windows no longer detects it as a mouse. Instead, it appears as a removable USB drive called "CRP DISABLD", containing a single file named firmware.bin.Before this happened, I accidentally pressed an unknown combination of buttons on the mouse. After restarting my PC, Windows repeatedly played the USB connect/disconnect sound, and eventually the mouse entered this state.I have already tried connecting it to different USB ports and even to another computer, but the result is always the same: it only appears as the CRP DISABLD drive.

Hi, unfortunately my Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed has reached the end of its life. I was absolutely in love with this mouse—I haven't used any other since you launched it! Would it be possible to get a replacement or purchase one somehow? Thank you very much!

Hello Team I have updated my Razer Blade 14 2025 laptop’s MCU and EC to latest July 2026 versions. When I run the BIOS updater, it opens fine and runs a progress bar very fast, then restarts the PC, and BIOS is still my current 1.01 version. No error messages. I’m on Win11 Pro and have disabled all Windows Hello options (Bitlocker was already off). Please help

All the links point to different models like rc30-03050. I want to know if my firmware and drivers are uptodate. Can someone post a link to the latest driver and firware versions and their version numbers please. My mouse keeps disconnecting so I’m  trying random stuff to fix it. This is for a viper ultimate something something mouse.

Whenever I mute my headset with the physical button, the mic gets disabled on synapse, but the volume is set to 0 as well, but when I unmute the volume is still at 0. The issue is very annoying because the only way to fix it is to go to synapse and turn the volume up again. Is this a known issue?Edit: My current synapse version is 2.6.11 and my adapter 2.3.0

Hi all, I’ve been experiencing a weird issue with my Razer Basilisk mouse where the middle-click (wheel-click) doesn’t always register in normal mode. The problem disappears under certain conditions, and I think I’ve isolated what’s going on — maybe others have seen this too, or Razer might fix it.Details / Symptoms:1. Middle-click sometimes fails: pressing scroll-wheel gives no click (no action), even though I hear the click.2. In Turbo mode, middle-click works perfectly (even at low “clicks per second” like 1 cps).3. If I rebind middle-click to another discrete button (not the wheel), it works flawlessly.4. I’ve been using the new Raiju V3 Pro for a few weeks after pre-ordering from Razer UK. Overall it feels like a good controller (despite a bit to big and odd ergonomic decisions), but I’m having some big problems specifically when playing on PS5. Issue seem to be worse on wireless with the dongle than wired, but both still poor. The issue: the TMR sticks feel really unresponsive/delayed. The latency is some of the worst I have ever seen. This also causes additional issues when aiming with the right stick (R3), the aim will occasionally glitch—it moves in a straight line in the direction I initially push, but continues moving even after I move the stick elsewhere. Then it suddenly snaps back to where the stick currently is. So: the aim lags behind my input; motion isn’t smooth; it jumps in straight lines; makes tracking targets basically impossible. I have done more in-game tests and research to see if others are having the same issue and it seems they do.
